1. We assist Transferring Attorneys to obtain Rates Clearance Certificates. This include the service to obtain clearance figures in terms of Section 118 of the Municipal Finances Act and the request to write off prescribed debts.
2. We render assistance to Sellers and Purchasers after registration of transfer. This service include the following:
2.1 We load the correct contact details of the Purchaser.
2.2 We obtain a quote from Council of the amount due to pay the deposit for Electricity and Water by the Purchaser.
2.3 We close the Seller’s water and electricity accounts and open the accounts in the name of the Purchaser.
3. We collect refund due to the Seller for the over payment of the clearance figures.
